A clear, practical system for helping families actually practice faith at home—consistently
For Ministry Leaders
This training is for ministry leaders who need more than ideas. It’s for those who need a clear and practical way for families to practice faith at home regularly, so that it becomes a habit. It is especially for leaders who:
- See families try things once or twice but struggle to make practices stick.
- Are tired of planning programs that don’t translate into everyday life.
- Want to offer something deeper than simple content and provide something that actually changes family rhythms.
- Are looking for something they can offer over and over again, not just a one-time resource.
The Problem
After more than a decade of working with congregations and families, one thing is clear: books and practices are not enough.
Families may be inspired. They may even try a practice or two. But without consistent guidance, support, and a clear plan for how faith fits into daily life, most practices don’t last.
What’s missing isn’t good ideas, it’s a way to help families actually integrate these practices into their everyday rhythms.
Why This is Different
Faithful Families™ is not just a collection of ideas or activities; it is a system.
The Faithful Families™ Method offers simple, repeatable practices, along with clear guidance on when and how to use them in daily life.
Instead of asking families to add more to their already full lives, families need to understand how to integrate meaningful practices into the rhythms they already have.
This training equips you to lead that process so you can guide families, not just in trying practices, but in returning to them again and again until they become a part of everyday life. This is what turns inspiration into habit.
What You'll Experience
This is a practical hands-on training designed to help you actually use the Faithful Families™ method in your context.
During the training, you will:
- Learn the core framework of the Faithful Families™ Method and how it works in real life.
- Walk through the structure of an 8-session parenting circle with very clear guidance on how to lead it.
- Understand the most common problems families face, and how to help them move past them.
- Receive practical guidance for all of the logistical details required for implementation
- Explore how to adapt the method for your specific ministry setting.
- Leave with a plan for how to implement this in your context right away.
This is not just about learning something new. It’s about being ready to lead it. You won’t leave with more ideas. You will leave with a plan.
Certification and Continuing Education
Participants who complete this training will complete a Certificate of Completion. This training also includes six hours of continuing education which can be confirmed by letter upon request.
